Graduation Period 145, UNSOED Graduates 747
[unsoed.ac.id, Tue, 14/06/22] Universitas Jenderal Soedirman / UNSOED held a Graduation Period 145 (June 2022) offline. The total graduates in this period were 747, consisting of 5 doctors, 18 masters, 70 with professional titles, 579 undergraduates, and 75 middle experts. Not only that, 369 of them passed with honors or cumlaude.
65 graduates of the Faculty of Agriculture, 28 of the Faculty of Biology, 132 of the Faculty of Economics & Business, 21 of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, 134 of the Faculty of Law, 61 of the Faculty of Social & Political Sciences, 48 of the Faculty of Medicine, 47 of the Faculty of Engineering, Health Sciences 108 graduates, Faculty of Humanities 63 graduates, Faculty of Mathematics & Natural Sciences 20 graduates, Faculty of Fisheries & Marine Sciences 18 graduates, and Postgraduate Programs (Environmental Science, Agribusiness, & Agricultural Extension, & Agricultural Biotechnology) 1 graduate.
The graduation ceremony lasted for two days, namely Tuesday (14/6) with 381 graduates from the Postgraduate Program, the Faculty of Agriculture, the Faculty of Biology, the Faculty of Economics & Business, the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, and the Faculty of Law.
Meanwhile on the second day, Wednesday (15/6), with graduates from the Faculty of Social & Political Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Health Sciences, Faculty of Humanities, Faculty of Mathematics & Natural Sciences, and Faculty of Fisheries & Marine Sciences a total of 365 graduates.
UNSOED Chancellor Prof. Dr. Ir. Akhmad Sodiq M.Sc.,Agr in his speech said that the graduation ceremony this time really had its own meaning. For the first time, since the last time in March 2022, we are again able to hold a physical graduation as gratitude for the blessings He has given us, the completion of studies and achieving academic and/or professional degrees. "UNSOED graduates must become people who not only have intellectual and professional capacities in their fields, but also have qualifications as individuals who are ready to surf in navigating the waves of the ocean of life," said the Chancellor.
On that occasion, the Chancellor left a message to the graduates, presumably as an additional provision in stepping into a new life in society, namely Sharpening Competences Owned, Sharpening Communication Full of Empathy, and Sharpening Technological Ability.
Deputy Chairperson of the UNSOED Alumni Family, Dr. Ma'ruf Cahyono, SH., MH in his speech congratulated the graduates who were inaugurated today. He invited the graduates to work together to realize what they had shared together. "Let's put into concrete what our collective promise is, namely together with universities to realize the tri dharma of higher education, together as intellectuals color the struggle process to support national development, and continue to learn to grow so that it can be useful even in difficult dynamic situations”, he hoped.
So far, UNSOED has delivered 107,861 alumni who, Insya Allah, have been, are and continue to take part in life in society.
