FEB UNSOED Establishes Cooperation with PT. Pegadaian

[unsoed.ac.id, Mon, 11/07/22] Faculty of Economics & Business (FEB) Unsoed and PT. Pegadaian Purwokerto Area Office signed the Cooperation Agreement on"Implementation of Student Internship Program", at Roedhiro Building, Wednesday (6/7). Present were the Dean of FEB Unsoed along with the Deputy Deans, Heads of the Unsoed FEB Department, Deputy of Pawnshop Business for the Purwokerto Area, Head of the Pawn Department for the Purwokerto Area, Head of the Dept. Non-Pledged, Marketing Executives and Coordinators and Sub-Coordinators within FEB Unsoed.

The Dean of FEB Unsoed Prof. Wiwiek Rabiatul Adawiyah, M.Sc.Ph.D in his speech said that nowadays pawn shops have grown tremendously in their business units, of course our students who will do internships at Pegadaian will certainly get extraordinary knowledge due to challenges that they may have to work on. The Dean hopes that through this collaboration model in the final project, it can provide benefits for internships related to understanding consumer tastes, public perceptions of pawnshops which of course research-resets for our students as the needs of the final project for consideration in the development of pawnshops.

Meanwhile, M. Aries Aviani, Deputy Business PT. Pegadaian Area Purwokerto in his speech said that in the MBKM Internship recruitment process at PT. Pegadaian selection is carried out in several stages, this is done in order to recruit competent students. "Through cooperation related to the implementation of the Student Internship Program, it can provide benefits to both parties", he hoped.

After the signing of the Cooperation Agreement, it was continued by the presentation from Marketing Executive Bernadette Teni F related to the Road Map for Recruitment of Internship students, short Company Profile, Monitoring evaluation, Timeline and Placement & Competence.
