PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Hands Out Scholarships for Students

[unsoed.ac.id, Fri, 15/07/22] Located in meeting room 1 of the Faculty of Animal Science Unsoed, Friday (15/7) PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia handed over scholarships to Unsoed Faculty of Animal Science students. In semester 1 of the 2022/2023 Academic Year, PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia awarded 20 scholarships. Present at the event were the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni of the Faculty of Animal Science, Dr. Ir. Agustinah Setyaningrum, MP, IPU., Head of Animal Husbandry Study Program, Ir. Imbang Haryoko, MP, IPM., Hatchery Manager PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia, Subhan Efendi, S.Pt., and several staff.

In her speech, Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni Dr. Ir Agustinah Setyaningrum MP., IPU representing the Dean of the Faculty of Animal Science, expressed her deepest gratitude to PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia, who has provided scholarships to 20 students of the Unsoed Faculty of Animal Science. “This scholarship is a form of cooperation between PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia with the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, apart from public lectures, close house facilities, internships and alumni recruitment," she said.

Dr. Ir. Agustinah Setyaningrum, MP, IPU., also hope that this scholarship can be useful in improving the quality of student graduates and spurring students to excel, as well as to motivate other students to be active in activities and achievement.

Hatchery Manager PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia, Subhan Efendi, S.Pt., in his speech said, starting from the 2022/2023 Academic Year, the PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia scholarship is given 2 times a year again, so that recipients who have graduated can be immediately replaced with other students, so that the benefits of scholarships can be felt by students of the Faculty of Animal Science, Unsoed.
