BEM Successfully Holds UNSOED Open House

[unsoed.ac.id, Tue, 05/04/22] The Unsoed Open House was successfully held on Saturday (2/4). This activity is a collaboration between Student Executive Board (BEM) of Unsoed and Line Official. This activity aims to introduce Unsoed to prospective students in the Line Open Chat and Zoom Groups.

As the speaker in this activity was SPMB Unsoed Public Relations, Dr. Wisnu Widjanarko, M.Sc., MIPR., CPR. and the President of BEM Unsoed, Alfan Maulana Akbar who is also a dental student. Also present were the committee from BEM, namely the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Medkom, Medkraf, and Adkesma, as well as participants in general who attended the event.

Unsoed Open House is a work program that introduces the campus environment by collaborating with Line Open Chat. This campus introduction includes an introduction to facilities, an introduction to the list of faculties and departments, as well as an introduction to student organizations at Unsoed. In addition to that introduction, the Open House was also informed about the entrance route for prospective new students who are interested in Unsoed. The purpose of this event is so that prospective new students can find out about the Unsoed campus environment.

The series of events are divided into pre-event agendas containing content about Unsoed. Then, the Open House agenda itself contains talk shows, virtual campus tours and fun sessions, as well as post-event activities containing an agenda for interaction with Camaba through the Instagram channel. The event was carried out very smoothly and received very good public attention. Participants also actively discussed and asked the speaker.
