Prof. Dr. Slamet Rosyadi, M. Si, CIQaR, CRA.

Prof. Dr. Slamet Rosyadi, M. Si, CIQaR, CRA was born in Majalengka in July 1972. He is a professor at the Department of Public Administration, Jenderal Soedirman University which was inaugurated on December 22, 2022. He completed his Bachelor's degree in State Administration at FISIP Unsoed in 1995, Master of Business Administration at FIA Brawijaya University in 1997, as well as  PhD in Rural Development Studies at the University of Goettingen Germany in 2003. Since 1997 he has been a lecturer at Unsoed, currently Prof. Slamet teaches lectures in a number of study programs at FISIP, FEB, Faculty of Biology, and also postgraduate level at this university.

Various research by Prof. Slamet mostly focuses on creative economy development policies. This focus was chosen because the development of the creative economy makes a large contribution to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) but has not received serious assistance. Apart from that, the creative economy is also closely related to state development administration which involves bureaucracy or the role of government in improving the welfare of society. In his scientific oration entitled "Resilient and Collaborative Development Administration in Realizing Sustainable Development in the Era of BANI (Brittle, Anxious, Nonlinear, and Incomparable)" he conveyed the many unexpected challenges that attacked the country's economic and development sectors, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic which has had a significant influence on the sustainability of the national development process.

The sincerity of Prof. Dr. Slamet Rosyadi, M. Si, CIQaR, CRA in research and publications led him to receive an overseas research grant, namely from the Tokyo Institute of Technology. He also has an IPR on "Integrated Assistance Model for Creative Economy MSMEs" as well as videos of community service activities. Apart from that, he has achieved a series of academic and managerial achievements, including  The 3rd Outstanding Lecturer in FISIP Unsoed (2018), Best Paper at the International Conference on Public Management (2015), the 3rd Outstanding Study Program Coordinator at university level (2011), the 1st Outstanding Study Program Coordinator at The faculty level (2011), and the 1st Oustanding Lecturer at the faculty level (2005)

As a professor, Prof. Dr. Slamet Rosyadi, M. Si, CIQaR, CRA is an active reviewer of a number of national journals, such as Jurnal Bina Praja, Mata Pembaharuan, and Borneo, as well as international journals, such as Lex Localis, Sage Open, and Journal of Public Policy Affairs. The downstream results of the research he conducted were also used to facilitate the establishment of waste banks, empower Village-Owned Enterprises and Creative Economy MSMEs through the training has been conducted.

Dr. Sri Wahyu Handayani, S.H., M.H.

Dr. Sri Wahyu Handayani, S.H., M.H. was born in Banyumas on July 10, 1980. She finished her bachelor's and master's degrees at Jenderal Soedirman University. Then she took a doctoral program at the University of Indonesia.

Dr. Sri Wahyu Handayani, S.H., M.H. has published several scientific articles in the last five years, namely the Village Land Administration System as an Effort to Prevent Land Conflicts/Disputes (2022), Classification and Formulation of Regional Legal Products According to the Principle of Conformity of Type, Hierarchy and Content of Legislation (2018), and Legal Analysis Relinquishment of Village Treasury Land Rights in the UUPA System (Study in Banjaran Village, Purbalingga Regency) (2017).

Prof. Dr. Imam Santosa

Prof. Dr. Imam Santosa is a professor at Jenderal Soedirman University from the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. Born in Sleman, October 1, 1961, he finished his undergraduate education from the Department of Sociology, Gadjah Mada University. He then finished his masters degree in Rural Sociology and doctorate degree in Development Extension at Bogor Agricultural Institute.

Focusing the research on community development, Prof. Dr. Imam Santosa has received many research grants, including:

  • The Toyota Foundation: Grant for Young Researchers (1990)
  • Ministry of Research and Technology: Humanitarian and Social Research (RUKK) (2003-2004)
  • DRPM Dikti - Ministry of Education and Culture: Young Lecturer, National Strategic Research Grants, Competitive Grants, Fundamental Research, Competency Grants and Basic Research (1991 - present).

 

Prof. Dr. Imam Santosa’s latest research entitled: “Challenging the Reciprocity Theory of G.C. Homans & P.M. Blau on Contemporary Social Relations between Land Owner Farmers and Farm Workers" is an attempt to explore the various forms of contemporary relations, the nature of relationships and the nature of relationships between land owners, sharecroppers, tenant farmers and (waged) farm workers. and agricultural workers. Besides, the research is also to see trends and changes in relationship patterns and the nature of the relationship. It was found that the relationship between farmer groups in areas close to urban areas will be more rational, whereas the nature of the relationship in terms of reciprocity between the two in rural areas far from urban centers will be stagnant.
