UNSOED Delegation Achieved Gold Medal at Global Youth Invention and Innovation Fair (GYIIF) 2023

[unsoed.ac.id, Mon, 23/01/23] Another outstanding achievement was presented by Unsoed students. By conducting research based on sexual violence, Unsoed students consisting of I Putu Arya Aditia Utama/HI 2020 (Team Leader), Naba Syifa Hudani l/HI 2019, Aminnanisa Rahmatika Hayati/HI 2020, and Windy Chairunisa/AP 2020, won a gold medal at the prestigious international event "Global Youth Invention and Innovation Fair" 2023. This was an achievement in the social science category under the guidance of Kholifatus Saadah, M.Hub.Int. as a lecturer in International Relations at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Unsoed.

This year, GYIIF 2023 was attended by 152 teams from 17 countries held at Bogor Agricultural University. The categories include social science, environmental science, innovation science, life science engineering and technology, and physics.

Arya as the team leader said that the achievement obtained by his team at the GYIIF event is proof that students in any discipline have the same capacity to conduct research that is oriented towards discovery or innovation. "Hopefully this achievement can motivate Unsoed students to be able to excel more in the international arena," he expected.
