FH Unsoed Cooperation with MK RI, Secretariat General of MPR RI & Alumni of FH Unsoed
[unsoed.ac.id, Fri, 13/05/22] One of many factors that determines the growth and development of an institution is the support and strategic participation of stakeholders. Through inter-institutional cooperation, it is hoped that it will accelerate the increase in organizational capacity, so that it can perform well and provide the best service to the public.
This is also fully believed by Unsoed, and it is our commitment to continue developing cooperation with various parties. Especially with the new paradigm of higher education, namely Independent Learning Independent Campus, it is a must to transform the process of providing education, research and community service. This was conveyed by the Acting Chancellor of Unsoed Prof.Dr.Ir Akhmad Sodiq M.Sc.,Agr at the Stadium Generale event and the signing of the Cooperation Agreement between the Unsoed Faculty of Law with the Indonesian Constitutional Court (MK), the Secretariat General of the MPR RI and the Alumni Family of the Unsoed Faculty of Law.
Furthermore, Prof. Sodiq said that through this collaboration, it would provide a wider space for students to be able to study outside the campus and lecturers to carry out the Tridharma of higher education together with partners. "Of course, at the same time, the Faculty of Law Unsoed is also ready to provide support, in the form of available resources, so that it can support partner’s activity programs in accordance with predetermined agreements," said Prof. Sodiq.
Secretary General of the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as the Chair of the Alumni Family of FH Unsoed Dr. Ma'ruf Cahyono, SH., MH in his speech said that it is our duty to continue to work together to build a common vision so that our law will be better in the future. Therefore, the most important task of all elements in the Faculty of Law, including himself as an alumnus, is how to build the power of democracy in a balanced state. "Students as part of the continuous learning process, to study law, of course this is a very good, strategic opportunity to work together with the Secretariat General because legal politics is in some places (in Senayan, in the Government, and in the Constitutional Court) ", he said. It was also conveyed that as alumni of the Unsoed Faculty of Law, they will continue to support the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education, including community service.
Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia, Prof (HC) Dr. Anwar Usman in his remarks congratulated the 41st Anniversary of the Unsoed Faculty of Law. It was said that the University bears the name of a great figure, Jenderal Soedirman; his fighting spirit will flow continuously in the hearts of the Universitas Jenderal Soedirman’s extended family. On that occasion, the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court delivered a public lecture with the theme "The Existence of the Constitutional Court in the State Administration System of the Republic of Indonesia".
The Cooperation Agreement between the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia and the Faculty of Law Unsoed was signed by the Head of the Bureau of Public Relations & Protocol, the Registrar's Office and the General Secretariat of the Constitutional Court, Mr. Heru Setiawan, and the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Unsoed Prof. Dr. Muhammad Fauzan, SH, M. Hum. The scope of the Cooperation Agreement includes Apprenticeship/Work Practices; Teaching/Teaching Assistance; Community Service; Implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education in the Field of Developing the Quality of Human Resources to Improve the Understanding of Citizens' Constitutional Rights; and/or other agreed activities.
The Cooperation Agreement between the Alumni Family Faculty of Law Unsoed and the Faculty of Law Unsoed was signed by the Chairperson of the Unsoed Law Faculty Alumni Family, Dr. Ma'ruf Cahyono SH., MH, and the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Prof. Unsoed. Dr. Muhammad Fauzan, SH, M. Hum. The scope of the Cooperation Agreement includes the construction of the Secretariat for the Alumni Family of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman.
Meanwhile, the Cooperation Agreement between the Faculty of Law Unsoed and the Secretariat General of the Indonesian People's Consultative Assembly was signed by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Prof. Unsoed. Dr. Muhammad Fauzan, SH, M. Hum, and the Secretary General of the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia, Dr. Ma'ruf Cahyono, SH., MH. The scope includes Apprenticeship/Work Practices; Teaching/Teaching Assistance; Study; Community service; Human Resources Improvement and Empowerment; and/or other agreed activities.
